What to Expect
When you Arrive

If this is your first appointment with us, please try to arrive at least 10 minutes early in order to fill out a basic health history form.

The history form will ask you questions about your medical conditions, any areas of concer you might have, any medications or suppliments your are taking, and any alergies you may have. Massage can enhance or reduce the effect of some medications, such as those for blood pressure. Knowing your history allowes your therapist to to talor the massage to your needs and conditions.

10am to 6pm
and by Appointment
6pm to 8pm

Saturday
10am to 6pm

Closed Sunday

Your thereapist will also discuss any problem areas you may have so that the massage can have the best effect possible.
