Swedish Massage
This is the relaxing, stress-reducing type of massage most people think of when they want a massage. Swedish Massage includes gliding, kneading, striking and friction strokes, stretching, joint movements, gentle shaking, and rocking. Generally, the massage is full-body and is very relaxing with extensive therapeutic benefits. Swedish Massage session are typically one hour to an hour and a half, but can be shorter or longer as desired.

Deep Tissue
Also called Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) or Trigger Point Therapy. NMT is a system of soft tissue manipulation techniques that seek to balance the nervous system with the musculoskeletal system. This one of the methods used to help clients experiencing pain. This therapeutic massage releases trigger points in muscles and helps correct muscular imbalances that often cause pain and discomfort. Additionally, NMT uses soft tissue manipulations on tendons and other connective tissue to assist in muscle balance. NMT also addresses nerve pain caused by pressure from soft tissues including muscles, fascia, and tendons. NTM is effective in helping with conditions such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS), Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJD), back pain, neck pain, scoliosis, sciatica, Fibromyalgia (FMS) and migraine headaches.

Sports Massage
Focuses on the athletes body intended to assist them in reaching their optimal athletic performance, maintain performance during an event, and post-event recover. Sports massage allows an athlete to train harder, prevent injuries, boost their performance, restore mobility to injured tissues, stretch tissues that could not be stretched by other means, and break down scar tissue.
